DESCRIPTION:Fun Palaces is an annual\, free\, nationwide celebration of arts and culture. They are very much a community event which are created by and for local people. \nWe are creating a Fun Palace at Northwich Library on Saturday 7 October 2017. \nWould you like to be involved? We want to offer lots of fun\, hands on activities that can engage and inspire.
