Brace yourselves for the highly anticipated Northwich FireFest, set to take place on Saturday 4th November at Verdin Park. Organised jointly by Northwich Rotary, Northwich Round Table and Northwich Town Council, this spectacular event promises to be bigger and better than ever before.
The festivities will kick off at 5.30pm when the park gates open, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the funfair and sample the wide variety of delicious hot and cold food and drinks on offer. For those who like to plan ahead, online ticket purchasing is highly recommended to avoid any delay at the entrance.
Come 6.30pm, the night sky will light up with a massive supervised bonfire, and shortly after we will see 2,854 individual bursts of Fireworks courtesy of Fantasia Fireworks. Get ready for an awe-inspiring display which will include almost all aerial bursts, some of which will spread over 75mtrs.
While you’re soaking up the atmosphere, tune into Northwich Radio who will be providing music and commentary throughout the evening. And don’t forget that this is a family-friendly event, so well-behaved dogs on a short leash are more than welcome.
In the spirit of safety, attendees should not bring their own fireworks or alcohol. Any alcohol brought to the event will be confiscated, and anyone found with their own fireworks or sparklers will be asked to leave.
All profits raised by this event go towards supporting local charities, and there will be temporary toilets available, including an accessible unit. Please be considerate in where and how you park, as there is no parking available on Verdin Park.
So bring your friends, family and some warm clothes, and let’s light up the night sky together at Northwich FireFest!
