Northwich Town Council will be organising the Service of Remembrance at St Helen’s Parish Church, Church Road, Northwich, followed by the Act of Remembrance at the Cenotaph, Church Road, Northwich on the above date.
The Parade will assemble at Victoria Car Park, Crum Hill (adjacent to the Police Station). After the Service of Remembrance guests will make their way to the Cenotaph for the Act of Remembrance Service and wreath laying at 10.50 am
Please note if you intend parking at Victoria Car Park, this is now pay and display.
The Chief Officer will then announce each organisation to come forward and lay their wreath.
At the conclusion of the service at the Cenotaph, the Parade will reform and return to Memorial Court, where the Mayor will take the salute.
All attending the parade are welcome to join us for refreshments to be served at Memorial Court, Northwich, at the end of the service.
If your Organisation wishes to lay a wreath at the Cenotaph, please confirm with us, ensuring you add the name, address and contact number of your organisation.
If you wish Northwich Town Council to order a wreath on your behalf, please ensure that you add the name of your Organisation and contact phone number to the slip before returning by 16th October, 2026.
All wreaths must be collected at Northwich Town Council Offices, by 6th November 2026. Wreaths must be paid for on collection, at a cost of £27 per wreath. Cheques payable to The Poppy Appeal. Please note, wreaths will not be available for collection from our office on the day of the Parade and Service.
